Moving Variables
When you do the opposite of the operation on both sides. We could add 4j in this problem 16j=12-4j. We have to do the opposite of subtraction which is addition on both sides. The relationship between subtraction and addition they are like brother and sister but in equation they are opposite. In a balance scale for it to be equal you have to one side with something and put the same wight for it could be equal.
